Desawana Music (PVT) Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of artists, composers, lyricists, producers and labels, and we expect everyone who uses or submits content to this site to do the same.

Our content

The songs, remixes and other media published on Desawana Music are published with the rights or permission of the owners. Artists, producers and labels who use our "Submit Your Music" form must confirm that they own the rights to the music or have permission to submit it. Remixes and covers must be released with the permission of the owners of the original work.

Reporting a copyright issue (takedown request)

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please tell us by email to copyright@desawanamusic.com (or through our Contact page) with the subject "Copyright takedown". Please include:

• Your full name, company (if any), and a way to reach you (email or phone).
• A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, and proof that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
• The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on desawanamusic.com you want reviewed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your signature (typed full name is fine).

When we receive a complete notice we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content while we investigate.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, or you have permission to use it, you may send us a counter-notice to the same email address or Contact page with the URL, an explanation of why the removal was a mistake, and your contact details. We may restore the content unless the complainant tells us they are taking legal action.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or remove accounts and submissions from people who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Remixes, covers and lyrics

Remixes and covers depend on the rights in the original recording and composition. If you are the owner of an original song and a remix of it is listed here without your permission, please contact us as described above.

Trademarks

The "Desawana Music" name and logo are registered trademarks of Desawana Music (PVT) Ltd. Please do not use them in a way that suggests an affiliation with, or endorsement by, Desawana Music without our written permission.
