The Weligama police have arrested 08 young persons who raided a Facebook party organized at the Weligama beach and were in possession of prohibited drugs and pills.
According to the Unknown information received by Weligama Police Station, the raid was carried out early yesterday morning. The arrested suspects are aged between 20 and 30 years.
These are residents of Weligama, Ranala, Tissamaharamaya, Kananke, Telijjawila, Syawala and Beliatta areas.
