Three people have lost their lives in a shooting that took place in Minuwangoda's Gamangedara area around 06:00 this morning.
The police said that the shooting was done with a T56 firearm, and the father and the two sons were shot.
The shooting was carried out by a group of people who came from a car and a motorcycle, and the police speculate that this was a shooting due to a personal dispute.
It is reported that the two sons died on the spot and the father died after being taken to the hospital.
