Yesterday, a person died after being hit by the express train running from Beliatta to Maradana in the Kuda Payagala area.
The deceased was 53-year-old Nirmalawatta, a resident of Maggona area. The body is in the Kalutara Nagoda Hospital and the Payagala Police is conducting further investigations.
