It has been planned to add two more train journeys to the “Ella Odyssey”, the new train service launched on the Up-country railway line to operate in the weekends.
Deputy General Manager of Railways T. S. Mr. Polwattage stated. It will be effective from the 8th of this month
Accordingly, the train will run every Thursday from Colombo to Badulla and every Friday from Badulla to Colombo.
The Deputy General Manager further said that seats can be reserved within a period of 14 days from the scheduled date of train travel.
